Energy Medicine with Dr. Linda Geronilla

Energy Medicine balances energy and is a self help system for self care which can be used as a complement to medical approaches.
It looks at ancient practices of healing the body via its own energy systems and introduces nine basic energy systems, including chakras from India, the meridians and acupressure points from China, the Celtic Weave from the British Isles and the aura.
It recognized energy as a vital, living, moving force that is at the foundation of well being.

Learn how to keep your energies balanced by first using Energy Testing to measure energy and then correct imbalances by using the 10 minute Daily Energy Routine.
Energy Medicine I and II are the most important foundation workshops and are prerequisites for most of the other Energy Medicine workshops.
It is assumed that you will dedicate a minimum of 10 minutes a day to practice this routine if you want to go on with any of the other workshops.
